About The Leeward
The Leeward Model by Nutter Custom Construction seamlessly blends West Indies charm with modern design, earning its nickname, "Coastal Zen." This 4,007-square-foot luxury home in Sarasota County features exceptional craftsmanship and unique finishes, making it a standout in custom home design.
Step into elegance with high-polished white terrazzo flooring that leads to a sunken living area featuring aged driftwood floors for a warm, natural feel. The custom-designed kitchen boasts an artistic metal range hood, while the wine room is framed with aquarium glass barn doors, adding a touch of sophistication. A spacious game room ensures endless entertainment possibilities.
The master bathroom is a true showstopper, featuring accordion glass doors that open to a one-of-a-kind outdoor mural, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Outdoor living is equally impressive with a large lanai, a naturally finished shell surface, an outdoor kitchen, and a cascading spa leading to a sunken fire pit, all overlooking breathtaking waterfront views.
